1.Add 50 grams of soy sauce to the marinade.

2.Add 50 grams of vodka  and 50 g of olive oil to the marinade.

3.Chop the fish into small steak-like pieces.

4.Put fish in the marinade, mix thoroughly. You can thread it onto skewer with a touch of elegance and grill it, put it in the oven or just put on the pan.

5.The fish is cooked on the grill grate or in the oven at 190 degrees C for 7 minutes.
