STUMBRAS VODKA SALMON WITH ORANGES

INGREDIENTS
Stumbras Vodka
150 ml
Salmon fillet with skin (scaled)
1 kg
Oranges
2 pcs
Orange juice
100 ml
Honey
70 g
Salt
3 g
Ground black pepper
1 g
Fresh chili pepper, chopped Coriander
3 g
Small garlic cloves, chopped
2 pcs
DIRECTIONS

1. Remove the orange peel and cut the fruit into slices.

2. Put the orange juice, vodka, honey, salt, pepper, chili pepper and garlic in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

3. Add the orange slices and cook for 5–7 minutes.

4. Put the salmon fillets in a baking pan, place the boiled orange slices on top, and cover with the sauce.

5. Bake at 200 degrees until the average temperature reaches 50 degrees.

6. Serve with the coriander.
