1. Put the butter and oil in a skillet and heat until the butter melts. Add the onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute or so. Then add the diced canned tomatoes, chili pepper and black pepper.
3. Pour in the vodka and heavy cream. Cook for a few more minutes.
4. Add the almost cooked pasta to the sauce and cook until the pasta is done.
5. Serve with the parmesan cheese.
