STUMBRAS VODKA BLOODY MARY SOUP

INGREDIENTS
Stumbras vodka
150 ml
Butter
50 g
Diced celery
150 g
Diced onion
100 g
Garlic cloves, chopped
2 pcs
Canned tomatoes
400 g
Tomato juice
600 g
Beef broth
800 g
Suggar
20 g
Worcester sauce
20 g
Horseradish
15 g
Cayenne pepper
2 g
Ground black pepper
2 g
Salt
to taste
DIRECTIONS

1. Melt the butter in a pot and then add the onion and celery. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, until soft.

2. Add the garlic and sauté a little longer.

3. Add the canned tomatoes, beef broth, tomato juice, Worcester sauce, sugar, horseradish and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes.

4. Purée with a blender, season with salt and add the vodka.

5. Serve in a glass or a bowl with a celery stalk. You can also add croutons.
