Tomato juice

Freshly squeezed celery juice

Oyster liquor

Ketchup

Worcester sauce

Finely diced shallots

Red bell pepper (peeled and finely cubed)
30 g
Tomato (peeled, cored and finely cubed)
50 g
Finely chopped parsley

10 g high-quality olive oil
Black pepper
1 g
Salt
1 g
DIRECTIONS

1.Mix all of the cooled cocktail ingredients.

2.Mix the vegetable tartar ingredients.

Serving:

Put 6 g of the vegetables in a shot glass, add one oyster, and top with 35 g of the cocktail. Serve the vodka in a separate shot glass or pour 20 g on top to make a layered cocktail.
