BILBERRY MARINATED SALMON WITH DILL BUTTER

INGREDIENTS
Stumbras Vodka
100 ml
Skinless salmon fillet
1 kg 
Sugar
300 g
Salt
300 g
Frozen bilberries
300 g
Fresh rosemary
20 g
Soft butter
100 g
Finely chopped dill
20 g
Peel of half a lemon
1 pcs
Lemon juice
10 g
Salt
1 g
DIRECTIONS

1.Set aside the salmon. Put all of the other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2.Pour ⅓ of the mixture in a glass dish and place the salmon on top. Cover with the remaining mixture and refrigerate for 24 hours.

3.After 24 hours, remove the salmon, wash it off and dry it well.

Serving:

Spread the dill butter on bread and top with salmon.
