INGREDIENTS
Stumbras Vodka Premium Organic
40 ml
Beetroot juice
30 ml
Maple syrup
15 ml
Lemon juice
10 ml
Eggs white
20 ml

PREPARATION

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add an ice cube and whisk well to swell the egg whites, fill the shaker with more ice and lightly whisk to cool the cocktail down, but do not over whisk it. Drizzle the cocktail into the glass with fresh ice and decorate it with beetroot or beetroot chips. Serve with a blender.
